📝 Job Description


As a Wellness Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their healthcare and nutritional needs while contributing to sales growth and operational excellence within the wellness department.


Key Responsibilities


✅ Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively assisting customers and addressing their wellness-related needs.

✅ Provide informed guidance on healthcare products, vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition, and wellness solutions.

Educational Requirements


✔ Matric certificate.

✔ Minimum 50% in English.

✔ Pass in Life Sciences and/or Physical Science.

✔ Qualification in Sports Science, Fitness, Nutrition, or a related field will be advantageous.


Experience Requirements


✔ At least 1 year of relevant retail or wellness-related experience.
