Job Description


  • The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Commercial Relationship Managers

  • Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role.

  • Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS

  • Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes

  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team


Minimum Requirements


  • Grade 12

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • 3-5 years’ experience in commercial/B2B sales

  • 1–2 years’ in a supervisory or team lead role

  • Solution orientated

  • Industry experience in [e.g. fleet management, logistics, telecoms, software] is a plus

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills

  • Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level

  • CRM applied experience
