Sales Consultant

Lovemore Bros is currently in search of a Senior Warehouse Sales Consultant for a permanent position based in Durban, KZN. The purpose of the role is to expand sales within Lovemore Bros’ warehouse facilities through targeted industrial client acquisition while maintaining hands-on involvement in warehouse operations.

This pivotal role requires a driven professional who combines strong commercial acumen with practical operational expertise in an industrial logistics environment. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure sales growth aligns with operational capability, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warehouse sales growth in line with agreed targets and business objectives

• Acquire and manage industrial clients within warehousing, project logistics, and related sectors

• Prepare commercial quotations and negotiate contracts aligned with company goals

• Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement and service delivery

• Oversee and support daily warehouse operations and compliance requirements

• Ensure adherence to Lovemore Bros’ high safety and operational standards

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within sales and operations

• Utilise ERP systems for sales processing, inventory management, and reporting
