📋 Key Responsibilities


Sales & Lead Conversion


  • Convert affiliate-generated leads into new insurance policy sales.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Follow MiWay's performance standards and sales processes.

  • Maximise conversion opportunities through effective customer engagement.


Customer Service


  • Assist customers with policy enquiries and insurance-related questions.

  • Explain policy benefits, premiums, and product features clearly.

Affiliate Relationship Support


  • Maintain positive relationships with affiliate referral partners.

Qualifications


  • Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 4

  • RE5 Certificate (in accordance with DOFA requirements)

  • Fully FAIS Accredited (as per DOFA requirements)


Experience


  • More than 1 year of Call Centre experience

  • 1–3 years of experience within the Short-Term Insurance (STI) industry

  • Previous client service experience within a financial services environment
