What will you do?


Under direct supervision you will be responsible in managing relationships with MiWay’s affiliate partners and converting affiliate-generated leads into sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers referred through affiliate channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. As an affiliate agents you will be handling multi-channel communication, support policy queries, and contribute to sales and service excellence


What will make you successful in this role?


Minimum Qualification

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/ NQF 4

  • RE5 Certificate (As per DOFA date)

  • Fully FAIS Accredited (As per DOFA date)


Minimum Experience


  • Minimum of more than 1 year Call Centre experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years in the STI environment and client services experience


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the execution of our daily and monthly targets

  • Ensuring that all sales budgets were met

  • Convert affiliate-generated leads into new insurance policy sales

  • Follow a target-driven sales approach aligned to MiWay’s performance expectations

  • Provide prompt assistance with policy inquiries, product information, and premium explanations

  • Creating reports and submitting to management
