Key Performance Areas
Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, data capturing and handling of money. Reception/housekeeping including preparing and checking in clients. This person must be able to work without supervision and have good customer relations. Relief Manager when on leave.
Position Requirements
Matric
2 years’ experience in a similar position
Computer literacy skills including Excel & Word.
Hospitality experience will be beneficial.
Person Requirements
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
Prepared to work on week-ends; public holidays that fall on a check in day, late evenings and call out.
