The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:


  • Leading and supervising operational shift teams within the recovery plant

  • Participating in SHEQ, Gatekeeping, and operational governance meetings

  • Recommending maintenance improvements, equipment upgrades, and replacements

  • Planning daily operational activities to optimise manpower, energy, and raw materials
