📋 Key Duties and Responsibilities
👔 Executive Support to the CEO
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the CEO.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and diary commitments.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
