📝 Job Description
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring that retail shelves are fully stocked, correctly priced, and visually appealing to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Determine which stock needs to be merchandised in-store
Ensure correct product availability and placement on shelves
Check product quality, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation compliance
Set up and maintain displays according to company merchandising standards
Monitor and report out-of-stock items to management
Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports
Execute store visits according to assigned call cycles
Communicate stock shortages and product issues to the Regional Sales Manager
Stay updated on promotions, product changes, and brand guidelines
Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Minimum 12 months FMCG merchandising experience
Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years driving experience)
