Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering an exciting learnership opportunity for unemployed African females living with disabilities who are interested in building a career within the Freight and Logistics industry.


This 12-month learnership programme combines both theoretical and practical workplace training across different divisions within the company. The qualification is registered through the QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations).


BIL has successfully trained and graduated many learners over the years and continues to invest in skills development within the logistics sector.

The programme is available nationally, with offices located in:


  • Eastern Cape

  • Gauteng

  • KwaZulu-Natal

  • Western Cape


Minimum Requirements


✅ Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent
✅ South African citizen
✅ Between 18 and 35 years old
✅ Must be unemployed and available full-time for 12 months
✅ Strong interest in Transport and Logistics
✅ Basic computer literacy
