Clicks Group is looking for a detail-oriented GRN Clerk to support inbound warehouse and inventory operations within its pharmaceutical distribution environment. The successful candidate will ensure accurate capturing of Goods Received Notes (GRNs), supplier invoices, and warehouse information while maintaining compliance with Good Wholesaling and Distribution Practice (GWDP) standards and FIFO/FEEFO stock rotation principles.

π Key Duties & Responsibilities
πΉ Main Responsibilities Include:
Capturing supplier invoices accurately onto the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Generating Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for all incoming stock
Verifying supplier invoices against delivery notes and stock quantities
Ensuring stock information matches invoice values and product quantities
Printing packing-away documentation for warehouse operations
Following FIFO and FEEFO stock rotation procedures
Reporting stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or invoice errors
Processing claims documentation for identified discrepancies
Ensuring compliance with UPD SOPs and pharmaceutical handling procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the allocated workstation
Reporting and recording breakages or spillages immediately
Meeting operational deadlines and cost containment targets
