BUCO is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to join their Durban branch team. The successful candidate will support daily store and yard operations by assisting customers, handling stock movement, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth logistical support within the branch environment.

Customer & Sales Support:
Assist customers with order collection and product enquiries
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Support suppliers and delivery personnel when required
Stock & Warehouse Duties:
Load and offload vehicles safely and efficiently
Pack and organise yard stock items correctly
Ensure stock is stored in designated areas
Yard & Vehicle Maintenance:
Assist with cleaning and maintaining company vehicles
Perform wash bay duties when required
Keep yard and working areas clean and organised
General Operations:
Support daily branch operations as instructed
Uphold company values, standards, and workplace culture
Assist team members with general duties when needed
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Basic product knowledge (hardware or retail environment advantageous)
Good communication and customer service skills
