WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS (INBOUND INSURANCE CAMPAIGNS)

We’re looking for experienced Insurance Customer Service Agents to join our high-performing inbound contact centre team. If you’re confident, customer-focused, and ready to work across exciting insurance campaigns — we want to hear from you!
Your role will include
You will be the first point of contact for customers across our inbound insurance campaigns
You’ll be responsible for:
Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
Explaining insurance products clearly and accurately
Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
Delivering excellent customer experiences on every call
You must have
Matric (Grade 12) – NON-NEGOTIABLE
Minimum 1 year LOCAL contact centre Customer Service experience
Insurance experience is ESSENTIAL
A Valid DOFA date
Clear criminal record – NO EXCEPTIONS
Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Advantageous (But not compulsary)
RE5 qualification
FAIS accreditation
