Dis-Chem is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Consultant to provide exceptional service and support to customers while assisting with loyalty programme administration, customer queries, promotions, and in-store communication. 📋 Job Description
As a Customer Consultant, you will support customer engagement initiatives, manage administrative processes, and ensure effective communication between customers and store departments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Capture customer information and documentation accurately.
✅ Assist customers with card balances, statements, and loyalty programme enquiries.
✅ Manage stock levels of promotional materials, application forms, gift items, travel kits, and marketing resources.
✅ Process customer transactions accurately and maintain required reports.
✅ Monitor stock control measures and minimise stock losses.
✅ Review and process statement adjustments and manual points allocations.
✅ Maintain strong communication between customer service teams and management.
✅ Escalate customer complaints, compliments, and product sourcing requests where required.
