Stefanutti Stocks is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale electrical infrastructure projects across South Africa. This role focuses on managing the full construction lifecycle of high-voltage power systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams involved in substations, transmission lines, and electrical reticulation projects, including compliance with grid requirements and industry regulations.

β‘ Electrical Project Delivery
Manage full construction lifecycle of electrical infrastructure projects
Oversee high-voltage substations, transmission lines, and reticulation networks
Ensure compliance with Grid Code requirements and technical specifications
Supervise commissioning and project handover processes
π Project Management & Planning
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Monitor project milestones, progress, and deliverables
Report on project performance and key construction metrics
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
π· Team & Contractor Coordination
Lead project teams, contractors, and subcontractors
Coordinate suppliers and technical service providers
Liaise with engineers, internal stakeholders, and clients

π Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (advantageous) OR Qualified Electrician with experience
Construction Management qualification (advantageous)
Registration with SACPCMP as Pr CM or in progress

Minimum 10 yearsβ experience in electrical construction
Proven track record in:High voltage substations
Transmission lines (medium and high voltage)
Electrical reticulation networks
Eskom self-build transmission and distribution projects

Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
