Clifton School is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead revenue growth, fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement, sponsorship development, and strategic partnerships while supporting the schoolโs long-term financial sustainability and values-driven mission.
๐ Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial and revenue growth strategies
Manage fundraising and foundation activities
Strengthen Old Boys (alumni) engagement and giving programmes
Secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships
Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and contract management
Align marketing and communications with commercial objectives
Support financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across school community
Lead committees and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Ensure compliance with governance, ethics, and school values
๐ Minimum Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Education, or related field
Postgraduate qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 yearsโ experience in commercial, fundraising, or business development roles
Proven success in revenue generation and partnerships
Experience in alumni relations or nonprofit/education sector beneficial
