📊 Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute commercial and revenue growth strategies

  • Manage fundraising and foundation activities

  • Strengthen Old Boys (alumni) engagement and giving programmes

  • Secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships

  • Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and contract management

  • Align marketing and communications with commercial objectives

  • Support financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking

  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across school community

  • Lead committees and coordinate cross-functional initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with governance, ethics, and school values


🎓 Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Education, or related field

  • Postgraduate qualification advantageous

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial, fundraising, or business development roles

  • Proven success in revenue generation and partnerships

  • Experience in alumni relations or nonprofit/education sector beneficial
