Making sure that all team members work carefully providing the branches with correct information and
complete their daily tasks efficiently.Completing both technical support and supervisory duties.
Troubleshooting.
Supervisory duties may include determining personnel requirements, setting schedules and ensuring that
team members reporting into Helpdesk Manager have all the resources to complete their jobs in a
professional manner.
