As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently while achieving sales, service, and compliance objectives.
π¦ Stock Management
Ensure accurate receiving, unpacking, and merchandising of stock
Monitor stock levels and execute stock counts and stock take procedures
Implement stock loss prevention strategies and action plans
Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom
Approve stock-related actions including returns, repairs, write-offs, and exchanges
π Sales Growth & Profitability
Analyse sales reports and support action plans to improve performance
Monitor product performance and provide insights to management
Identify opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility
