Monitoring & Response Duties
Monitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and security alerts in real time
Dispatch armed response units promptly when alarms are triggered
Track and manage incoming security incidents efficiently
Incident Management
Log all incidents accurately in control room systems
Escalate emergencies according to company procedures
Maintain communication with field teams and supervisors
Reporting & Communication
Compile clear and accurate incident and shift reports
Communicate effectively with clients, security officers, and management
Ensure all records are completed according to operational standards

PSIRA registered (Grade C or higher) πͺͺ
Minimum 2 years control room or alarm monitoring experience
Proficiency with Watch Manager systems
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
