ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a permanent full-time position.
As an Administrator Warehouse, you be responsible for effectively receiving stock binning, issuing, deliveries, stock counts and control.
Other key responsibilities include, but arenโt limited to
Physical receipt, validating against purchase order and inspection of goods received at the warehouse and binning these items;
Posts the goods issue, runs the pick list if required and consolidates at the dispatch area if delivery is required;
Prepares goods for dispatch and delivers to the delivery points;
Counts inventory items to balance system stocks against the stock at the physical location;
Reviews the Returns Document to determine the type of return and maintains follow on delivery or transport order documents as required to complete the logistics process;
Expedites the upliftment of bought out items;
Good Housekeeping, keeps the warehouse, yards and equipment clean and neat;
Responsible for Safe goods handling, operation of equipment and hazardous chemicals.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following
Must have a minimum of 2 yearsโ experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain;
Computer literacy in MS Suite (Excel/Word) is essential;
Valid Code B (08) Driverโs License is essential;
Forklift License & HDV license is advantageous;
Experience working on SAP is advantageous.
Qualifications for this role are
Grade 12 with a Certificate Logistics/Warehouse/Supply.
