As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:


✅ Generating and following up on iComply documentation.

✅ Updating and maintaining CRM systems and client records.

✅ Processing suspensions and reinstatements, including SMS communication with members.

✅ Managing and capturing gap claim requirements where applicable.

✅ Conducting weekly checks on the Discovery platform for dependant requirements.

✅ Assisting Support Centre Consultants when required.

✅ Providing administrative backup support to Support and Administration Centre staff.

✅ Investigating and resolving complex medical aid claims.

✅ Following up on returned mail and communication while updating databases accordingly.

✅ Addressing client service requests and providing effective support.

✅ Assisting with client-related and practice-related projects.

✅ Participating in Wellness Day initiatives when required.

✅ Supporting additional operational tasks and responsibilities as needed.
