As we prepare for our 150th anniversary in 2027, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fundraising/Alumni Administrator to support our Development and Partnerships portfolio.
This is a key support role to the Marketing Manager and is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a structured administrative environment.
What You'll Do
Database & Administration
Capture and update donor and alumni information
Maintain accurate, well-organised records
Generate reports and assist with tracking donor engagement
Support database growth through research and data gathering
Research Support
Conduct research to identify potential donors
Assist in exploring fundraising tools and best practices
Donor & Event Support
Prepare invitations and manage RSVPs
Assist with event logistics, coordination, and execution
Support donor communication and stewardship processes
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years' administrative experience
Highly organised and methodical
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Experienced in administration and data management
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and/or as part of a team
Experienced in fundraising and relationship-building with benefactors, donors, alumni, and stakeholders
Confident using Google Workspace
A valid Code 08 driver's licence (advantageous)
Experience within a school or non-profit environment would be advantageous
